I haven't thought about Transactional Analysis in years! It felt more like the Adult surrendering a childlike obstinacy. It felt like the Adult acknowledging the fragility of our freedoms, and in that surrender, experiencing a freedom with no boundaries.

ReplyDeleteMaybe yesterday was, sometimes all it takes is a passive, but defiant "I am not free", for the target to take action and free them.
This can easily be the Transactional Analysis bewildered child heard by the parent (or conceivably the adult).
